Sebastian Zuluaga
Sebastian Zuluaga is the Executive Chef at the award-winning restaurant, Saltie Girl Boston. He has worked for the Sidell Restaurant Group since 2017, at both MET Back Bay and Stephanie’s on Newbury, before being named Executive Chef at Saltie Girl Boston.
Chef Zuluaga began his career as a Sous Chef with Tavistock Restaurant Group, where he worked for seven years, eventually moving up to the role of Executive Chef at Joe's American Bar & Grill in Franklin, MA, where he remained until 2017.
Originally from Colombia, Chef Zuluaga moved to Rhode Island when he was 11 years old. His passion lies in helping and encouraging his kitchen team to continue growing and learning, and in promoting them as they excel.
When he is not working, he enjoys visiting Vermont and New Hampshire and loves to ski. Chef Zuluaga lives in Brighton, MA.
