Join Master Sommelier Gillian Balance as she takes you on a journey through the wines of the Pacific Rim, exploring renowned regions such as Napa, Australia, and beyond. The unique geologic features of the Pacific coastlines create extraordinary environments for grapevines to thrive.

From the rolling mountains of Napa and Sonoma to the sunlit shores of Adelaide, these diverse landscapes produce stunning varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot. Gillian, one of only 25 women to pass the prestigious Master Sommelier exam in 2012, will guide you through these iconic vineyards.

Together, they will craft an extraordinary dining experience, with each dish thoughtfully paired to complement the exceptional wines of the Pacific Rim.
